The meeting and dinner began at 6pm with prayer led by Rev. Chris Cunningham. He and the Vestry offered thanks to the off-going members for all their hard work and input on the Vestry.

Organization of New Vestry:

Rev. Chris Cunningham led members in an overview and discussion of the different vestry positions. Rev. Jenee Cunningham helped lead a spiritual gift discovery exercise. Discussion was given to election of Committee designees, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, and Register. Members were elected to the following positions:

Warden - Molly McClellan

Junior Warden - Mike Utzinger

Stewardship - Sam Shield

Outreach - Jeff Halliday

Register - Sarah Southall

Parish Life - Jennifer Gallagher (Augusta Arthur to serve on committee)

Youth and Young Adult - Mark Lenker

Pastoral Care - Sarah Southall (Katherine Kemner and Elsie Wilson to serve on committee)

Christian Formation - Mike Utzinger

Worship - Mary Ann Archer

Building and Grounds - Mary Meade Edwards (Jeff Halliday to serve on committee)

Administrative Business:

Treasurer presented a preliminary report. The Vestry minutes were accepted as read. Rev. Cunningham reviewed the calendar items and provided an overview of upcoming dates. He commented that the Annual Meeting was a success.

Rector’s Report:

Rev. Cunnigham reported that the cost for moving the church pews was $1000. Mr. Shield motioned, seconded by Mr. Utzinger, that $1000 be allocated to pay for moving the church pews. The motion passed. After a closing prayer, the meeting adjourned at 9:45pm.
