The Ushers are often the first impression that people receive of Johns Memorial Church. They try to maintain a warm atmosphere of both welcome and orderliness within the church during worship services. They welcome and assist worshippers in finding seats (at the appropriate time), collect the offerings and direct the flow of parishioners during Communion.

Teenagers and College Students are welcome to participate; training is provided and Ushers almost always serve with someone with a little more experience.
