The music ministry at Johns Memorial follows a rich and lively tradition of Anglican music.  Under the direction of Christopher Swanson, Professor of Music at Longwood University, and with Organist Peggy Hargrave, the choir of Johns Memorial provides weekly liturgical music during the 10:30A.M. service.  Additionally, the Music Program sponsors new events throughout the year such as the Jazz Vespers and Christmas Concert.

The choir rehearses  every Wednesday at 7:00P.M. in the Choir Room of the Parish Hall.  If you would like more information about the choir or to become a member, please contact Chris Swanson, swansoncl@longwood.edu .

Children's choir meets Sunday after coffee hour approximately noon.
